For example I just want a 15% PW wave and a 25% PW wave to hard-sync together, but for "Oscillator 2" when I adjust the PW knob it adjusts both pulses to the same size so i can only get two 25% etc.
Also is there a way to hardsync two "Osc 1" together?

I completely understand what you mean. The answer unfortunatly is no, it is not currently possible to hardsync with two different pulsewidths.
