how can i paste my own "Global.Background.bmp" in the original size of karmafx synth?

Not really sure what you mean by "original size of karmafx synth", but if you want to replace the background with a fullsize image of 1024x768, you need to replace the Global.Background.bmp file and change the line in the res.txt file that says:
Bitmap Global.Background 256 256 1 0
to
Bitmap Global.Background 1024 768 1 0
