1. I bought your synth product in USD, as i always do, however i live in europe
can this be settled somehow? let me know

2. When will I get the product? I assume when you find your way to the keyboard is the answer

3. I registered with a user Gonzo, by mistake, and he is less than 13 years old and got a mail on how to activate his account
in other words, you can safely delete the user

I used to have the synth when it was beta.. very nice synth
its apalling how noone else seems to have that kind of options available
i have been thinking of coding the same thing myself, but it seems my 11 years of coding was just 11 years... now i just make music
So keep doing it

Well, this confused me too at first ..but in your case you don't have to pay VAT since your country isn't part of the EU. So in your case paying in USD is the correct thing to do.

You should have received your download link by now !! Let me know if that is not the case. The product is almost always sent within 24 hours, but in most cases expect it within a couple of hours.
