Suggestion for mono/poly note control (KarmaFX Synth)

Just a thought, I've compared polyphony controls with a few different synths and I was thinking, maybe perhaps an option for the "Amplifier" module when working with the "NotePitch" module, when the polyphony reaches its limit, maybe add an option to "ignore velocity" messages on any further notes until release?
eg: If Poly2 mode, when holding two notes, the velocities don't change until you release the note(s).
It's not important and can be easily 'substituted' with no velocity change "at all" by turning down "Velocity" on the Amplifier, though it's just a thought.
