I have installed the demo but the plugin are not showing up with my other plugins. Im i doing something wrong ?

No, you are not doing anything wrong.
The reason it doesn't show up in Cubase under OS X is because KarmaFX Synth is currently only made as an Apple Audio Unit for Mac and not as VST and Cubase does not support Audio Units
The plan is to make VST support on Mac too, but I cannot say when that will happen yet
