Depends on what exactly you mean by midi-learn?!

If you mean that it is possible to assign certain knobs to certain midi-controls just by setting the synth in listening mode and then rotating a physical knob or slider with midi output to make the connection, then yes, KarmaFX Synth supports midi learn.

Midi learn is supported on all control panel knobs as well as in the midi-data module.

I'll try it tonight as I just purchased last night.
