How is KarmaFX coded? I get relatively high CPU use compared to other synths.
Is it a synthedit or similar creation or C++ from the ground up?

I must admit, I don't particularly like the GUI, so some kind of rack wouldn't go amiss, with a flippable front/back feature for advanced cabling. The Propellerheads copied this from pre plug-in days and because it's easy to understand, its open to some very advanced routings with minimal learning.

Heavy CPU use
I've been putting some sampler patches together with this and it's killing my CPU.
If I do the equivalent in Ableton's simpler, I only use a fifth of the power.
Any suggestions as to how I can get this instrument to be more efficient?
